We are delighted to invite you to the early launch of the wine Black Tulip 2006.
The event will take place at Maraboo restaurant, on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010, at 8:00pm.
Tamir Arzy, Tulip Winery's wine maker, and Chef Yoav Bar, will conduct on a tasting menu, accompanied by Tulip wines, that is built especially for you.
Sea Fish Ceviche, lemon coulis, cucumber brunoise, red onion and Tassos olives.
White Tulip 2008
Cauliflower and truffle soup "shot" with olive oil
Sea Bass on tomato garlic and basil confit, with Cristal Shrimps and scallops, fried gnocci and roots puree.
Mostly Cabernet Franc 2007
Aged "on the bone" Sirloin Roast, Port and beef jelly, artichoke and fennel confit.
