Each year, we choose the best & richest barrels from the wines of the last vintage year, which produce the most complex and unique wine from winery wines. These barrels continue to age for an optimal period, which is suitable for wine and enables it to achieve the complexity and multi-layered characteristics of wines in this style. Each of the grape varieties is harvested manually and qualitatively separately, and according to the fruit ripening. The must underwent cold soaking for 5 days and then fermented at a temperature of 27 ° – 24 ° C, to extract the aromas typical for each variety. The wines were aged for about 6 months separately, and for another 14 months as a complete dish in French oak barrels for gentle maturation and maturation.
