Mare Nostrum


The grapes were harvested manually in the morning, each strain was fermented separately, the Carignan fermented in spontaneous agitation. The wine aged for about 12 months in French oak barrels. This is a red wine with a medium to full body of Carignan, Syrah and Durif grapes, which were fermented separately, mixed after the harvest and aged together.
